The hotel uses a thermal energy storage system and reuses water from its swimming pool in the sprinkler system. Furthermore they try to reduce the waste as much as possible and give preference to reusable sustainable items. Their cleaning products are eco-certified and the hotel’s Food & Beverage department aim to promote local organic ingredients and do not offer endangered species of food (such as eel) or animals that are ethically not treated well (such as goose liver pate).
