Slow Food and the freshest home made pasta

Not only does Restaurant Toscanini support the Slow Food movement and use ingredients from certified small scale, artisanal producers, they of course use organic vegetables from local suppliers, fresh, daily caught fish and organic meat. They also make all of their pasta and bread fresh on the premises. It is their attention to quality, to making things fresh on their premises and the care and passion that they have for pure, honest, flavoursome food that makes this one of the best Italian restaurants in Amsterdam.

Restaurant Toscanini is not a run of the mill Italian restaurant, and as such they do not serve pizza. But they do serve the most deliciously prepared Italian cuisine in a beautiful and relaxed setting.
